こういうのは、自分でも苛つくんだよ。

結局最後まで修正する事ができなかった。

今夜は意地でも早く寝る。

CUB 用のスノータイヤを購入した。メジャーではないが、国産。

バイク屋でユーザーのレビューも聞いていたし、自分なりに調べて

納得できる物を選択。何よりラウンドショルダー（角が丸くなっている）

のが良い。オレはバンクさせて走らせるから、この方が使いやすいと思う。

スノータイヤでの無理は禁物だが。

品物はバイク屋へ直送するよう手配した。来月上旬に交換予定。

降雪前には、タイヤを馴染ませておきたい。

オレ自身も慣れておきたいしね。何せ２輪車のスノータイヤなんて

使った事ないから、どんな感覚なのか全然解からない。

さて…今回はこの辺にしておくよ。

頭の回転鈍くて文章が纏まらない。

まだ仕事中らしい。完全にブラック企業化してるな。

本来あり得ない職種なんだが。週末も仕事しているようだ。

それに対し、オレが特定の人物を動かして是正させる事は可能だが

波風立って野風さんの立場が悪くなると逆効果なので、控えている。

そんなことが出来るお前は何者だって？

落ちぶれ浪人でも、幕府とのパイプは持ってるって事だよ。

私欲は一切得ていないがね。それをしていたら浪人から脱出してる。

さて、現在最大の懸念事項は、降雪。

今シーズンはラニーニャ現象の絡みで、地域によっては大雪が予想される。

オレの住んでる所は大きく影響を受けないと思うが、降る時は降る。

降ったら CUB での行動は極めて困難だ。

そうでなくても２輪車は転倒する。それに “追い打ち” をかけるのが悪天候。

雨でも路面は滑る。雪が降れば、移動ですらままならない。

凍結したら…言うまでもないだろう。

だがね、オレには新聞配達という作業がある。

【悪天候の場合は遅延も許容される】と聞いている。そりゃそうだろう。

何より配達すべき新聞が届かなければ、話にならない。

ただね、他社の新聞が配達されていたら、言い訳になってしまう。

これはオレのプライドが許さない。新聞が手元へ届けば、配達する。

じゃあ、どうするか？徒歩で配達するには軒数が多い。時間もかかる。

先ず CUB のタイヤを冬用に交換する事を検討している。

バイクの冬用タイヤにスタッドレスは存在しない。

あくまでスノータイヤの領域。性能もその領域。

アイスバーンなんか絶対無理。圧雪路ですら、怪しい。

だがね、ノーマルタイヤより冬用タイヤの方が断然良いそうだ。

バイク屋で聞いた話だが、ユーザーの話だと好印象。

普段の使用には乗用車同様不満が出るそうだ。

まぁ、それは仕方ない。あくまで “冬用タイヤ” なんだから。

現在使用している CUB に装着する予定。

丁度リアタイヤが経年劣化でバーストしそうだし。

オレの CUB が直っても、シーズン中はそのまま使用する。

来年の10月までレンタルの約束してあるし。

当然ながらタイヤは前後共冬用に交換する。

駆動力の増したリアタイヤに押されてフロントタイヤが負けるのは

目に見えている。転倒するリスクは増やしたくない。

２輪車はバランスで乗るもの。その基礎はできるだけ固めたいんだ。

遅くても来月上旬には交換しておいて、タイヤを馴染ませておく。

オレ自身も、冬用タイヤに慣れておかなければならない。

備えあれば憂い無しだよ。

今回が３回目の “出演” 。彼女の夢を見た時は「何かあったのでは？」

と気になって連絡してみる。今日もメールするよ。

オレ自身、夢を見る時（彼女の時に限らず）は大概寝汗が酷い。

先日もそうだったが、毛布が濡れる程汗をかいている。

決まって首周りだけなんだ。原因は解からない。

そもそも夢の内容なんで理解不能な場合が殆どだ。

自分の願望だとか、何かの予知なんて言う人もいるが

オレは特に意識していない。

ただ、女友達の時だけは気にしている。

大切な友人で、最も信じられる人物で、オレの良き理解者の１人。

そんな彼女が夢に出てこれば、やはり気になる。

元気で幸せなら、それでいい。

そう言えば野風さんも連絡ないな。

以前紹介した時以降、不通だ。今日は２人にメールしてみよう。

最近…配達で CUB を走らせるのが、何故か楽しい。

自分の物ではないし、あくまで借り物なんだが

少しずつ調子良くなるエンジン、自分のライディングに合わせた

細かな仕様変更（レバーやシフトペダルの位置など）や

コンディションに応じて自身が車両に適応できて思い通りになるのが

気持ちをそうさせているのかもしれない。

今朝も寒かったよ。晴天で月や星が綺麗だった。

それでも乗っていて面白いんだ。

残りの配達が３軒になり、次へ向かう途中で道路上に動物発見。

瞬時に対応して回避運動。無事通過。狸だった！（田舎だろ？）

轢かなくて良かったよ。

本題に入ろう。

この薄汚い帽子は、５年程前に後輩がアメリカへ出張へ行った際

お土産としてくれた物。タイタニック号の本も何冊も買ってきてくれた。

書店で「君はこの船が好きなのか？」と尋ねられ『知人が大好きなんだ』

そう答えたそうだ。店主はニコニコして対応してくれたと話していた。

で、この帽子。月曜日に紛失してしまってたんだよ。

それに気付いたのは、昨日。

毎週火曜日は食糧の買い出しに行く日。５％の割引があるから。

出掛けようとしたら、帽子が無い！部屋中探しても見当たらない。

“紛失したのか？” そういう考えに至るまで、探し回った。

月曜日には被っていた。CUB で出かけていたから、運転中はポケットの中。

落としたとしたら、最後に被った場所から帰宅するまでの道中。

違う帽子を被り、自転車で探索も兼ねて買い物へ。

探したが見当たらない。先日長年愛用していた灰皿（元・空き缶）を

紛失したばかり。モノに対して愛着心の強いオレにはショック続きだ。

帽子はお土産で貰った物だし、灰皿は自分で手間暇かけて塗装もしてあった。

落胆しながら買い物を済ませて、帰路についた。

ところが！

とある民家の垣根の上に、オレの帽子が置いてある。目立つように。

瞬時に「オレのだ！」って判った。すげ～嬉しかった。

雨に濡れてた（昨日雨降ったし）けど、戻ってきた。

外国の人が『日本で物を落としても、大概見つかる』と話しているのを

動画で何度か視た事がある。あり得ない！と驚いて。

オレの帽子みたいに、見立つように置いてあるんだよ。

だがね、わざわざ目立つように置いてくれるという行為は、普通。

道路に落ちたままだったら、車に踏まれたり汚れたりする。

何より、探している人が早く発見できるように…との思い遣り。

オレも何度かそうした行為をした事がある。

自分にとって価値が無い物でも、落とし主にとっては大切な物かもしれない。

高価な物や個人が特定できそうな物は、警察へ届け出る。

それくらいの事は面倒だと思わない。本人が喜んでくれたら、それでいい。

今回は、それが逆の立場で味わえた訳だ。

普段は特に深く考えずに行う行動。それが見ず知らずの他人に対して

感謝される事なんだと改めて思ったよ。

そういう風習が身に付いている事自体が嬉しくもある。

置きっぱなしにしても、無関係な人が持って行かないという人情も。

帽子等なら、警察へ拾得物として届け出るより拾った場所へ

置いてあった方が判りやすい。直後なら本人が戻ってくるだろうし。

オレは１日気付いてなかった訳だが…。

月曜日が複数の用事を抱えていたのと、急いで対応しなければならない事も

幾つかあって、帽子の事がまったく意識の中に無かった。

まぁ、そういう時に落としたりするんだが…。

まだ灰皿だって諦めきれてない。１５年以上使ってたんだ。

たかが空き缶だが、同じ形状の物が現在は無いんだよ。

でも…流石に見つからないと思う。散々探し回ったし。

帽子が見つかっただけでも喜ばないとな。

風習に救われた気分になったのは極めて稀。

日本の番組には、コメンテーターなる人物が登場する。

まぁ…それは構わないし、表現の自由だと思う。

だがね “コメンテーター” の如く、あれこれ言いたい放題の芸能人。

この人たちには疑問を持たずにいられない。

オレの偏見かもしれないが、自分の本業で人気がなくなると

そういう発言をする人物が増える気がする。

彼らは何処まで物事に対して冷静で客観的な判断をしているだろうか？

全部を把握している訳ではないので、一概に否定はしない。

それらを報道するマスメディアも信用ならない。

昨日話したように、本人の意向と違う場合があるから。

バラエティー番組であれこれ述べている芸能人の発言には

説得力も信憑性も感じない。

番組の意向に合わせて、視聴者を煽っているようにすら感じる。

例を挙げてみようか。内容は適切ではないかもしれないが。

今回のアメリカ合衆国大統領選挙において、支持者の集会等で

いろんな音楽が使用された。

これらの中には、その候補者を支持しないメンバーの音楽があった。

幾つかのグループが、それを表明して使用しないよう訴えている。

言いたい事判るかな？

彼らの音楽を使用する事で “候補者を支持している” という暗示をする。

事実とは異なるのに、その高い人気を悪用している訳だ。

芸能人が本業とは違う分野で発言をするという事は、そういう意図が

見え隠れするし自分へ注目をさせる狙いもあるだろう。

個人のテリトリで発言するのは問題ない。

何故、公の場で偉そうにあれこれ言うのか？理解に苦しむ。

それを視た視聴者は、どう捉える？其処まで考慮しているか？

してないよな。だから、あんな発言を平気でする。

オレは、そういう芸能人を差別している。自分で認める。

偏見と言われるかもしれないな。

そもそもコメンテーターなんて、信じられんし。

だがね、そう受け取られても仕方ない言動してるのは事実だろう。

彼らは、何か勘違いしてないかな。そういう人たちの発言は

信憑性より個人的感情が多いのは覚えておいた方がいい。

“誤解” されると失礼だから、今回は音楽を控える。
