弁当にはご飯しか入ってない。おかずなんて準備してる時間がない。
コンビニで「おかず」だけ買う。
珈琲も買わずに済む。お湯は無いから、水で溶いて飲んでいる。
これだけでも、出費は減らせる。
１食分の出費を軽減できるだけなんだが…。
弁当箱は、ご飯入れる前にラップを敷いておく。
これで汚れない。その場で洗えないから、有効なんだ。
