Prejudice coverage.

This blog also has an English translation.

I am using the translation function, but I am editing based on the text.

It's still hard to read, but if you are interested, please read it.

I think every time, but it is difficult to translate Japanese into English and express my feelings.

I'm confused by the difference in grammar.

(The image is borrowed. It has nothing to do with the text.)

I refrain from giving my personal opinion about the United States presidential election.

I'm Japanese of Japanese nationality, so I'm not qualified to say that.

What I was interested in was the attitude of the mass media.

The reports of the two major companies were blatant. I was surprised.

I felt that the statement was American.

Japanese people tend to avoid such words ethnically.

By the way, the tremendous influence of such mass media.

This is far beyond our imagination. The same is true for Japan.

Especially with regard to politics, we will make explicit biased reports.

Unconfirmed information such as lies and authenticity is spilled as if it were a fact.

The intention to imprint such an idea on the viewer is visible.

Let's refrain from talking about politics because it will be long.

However, the fact that the mass media is not fair is an unmistakable fact.

This is an act that is never allowed from the idea of news.

that! That's true even for state-owned television stations. Not all.

Their disadvantages are hidden and the other party's failure is overstated.

When using any literature, they extract only the parts that are convenient for them.

Hide as "Similar opinions have been expressed other than us."

The number has been decreasing recently, but the images used in the articles are the same.

For example ... Let's say you have a news story about a politician's remark.

If the politician looks embarrassed, the article seems to show negative content.

If you are interested in the image and read it, it is normal to swallow the content.

Can these methods be fair?

The mass media insists on "the right to know" and "freedom of the press" when something happens.

Their inconvenient content avoids reporting.

There is also the right not to report. They are likely to say so. ridiculous.

Suppose a newspaper company publishes a mistake, admits it, and apologizes.

Despite reporting the mistake in a big way, the apology is posted in a very small place where you can't tell unless you look for it. Still, they say they posted an apology.

That insidiousness is the mass media.

At the same time as making money, they also manipulate information.

This means that they are manipulating public opinion.

I heard a lot of remarks from people who were manipulated in that way.

I've talked about how to fix it if I get the chance.

Everyone insists on their justice. Not incomprehensible.

However, there is absolutely only one truth. This is the reality.

Whether it is right or wrong cannot be theorized unless it is based on the truth.

Prejudiced reports try to take away even that idea.

Viewers are dazzled that the information they send is standard.

Anyone can understand that this is not the right thing to do.

There are many sources of information.

The truth cannot be understood unless the good and evil of information is selected from them.

We have the right to know and to point out mistakes.

At the same time, there is an obligation to know the truth.

If you can't do that, you're not entitled to complain about the information.
