カラーナンバーも判る。だが、出品されている物は特定できない。
似たようなカラーは他にもあるからさ。違ったら、がっかりする。
そういうの無視して乗れる程、無神経じゃない。
他人のバイクとはいえ、最低限のポリシーは貫きたい。
夕方届いたんで、即交換した。こんなん、15分もかからない。
外した物。右側に付いてたのが、あからさまに変形しているのが判る。
転倒させた位では、ここまで変形しない。何かが衝突したのだと思う。
交換に問題なかったから、ボディやスイングアームに悪影響は
出ていないと判断した。…にしても、この変形は酷い。
＊撮影の為にこの場所へ来ただけで、此処で作業したのではない。
公共の場所を、そんな事で使ったりしないよ。念のため。
早速テストドライブ。乗り心地は悪い…。
これはバネレートがノーマルより高いのだと思う。
ストロークも純正より少し長かったし。
そのおかげでコーナーでのトラクションは掛け易くなった。
粘りのある動きをしてくれる。これは気に入った。
ただ…経年劣化が激しいタイヤに “追い打ち” をかける事になる。

つまり…リア側の車高が上がったんだな。
配達終えてから、工具持って道路にて調整作業。
夜中だが、他の人（車両）に迷惑にならないよう注意して。
壁に照射して調整する人もいるが、オレは必ず道路でやる。
その方が確実なんだ。走らせてみて、また調整して…を繰り返す。
低いと手前しか見えない。高すぎると手前が見えないばかりか
対向車にとっては眩しい状態になる。
Low・High 切り替え、どちらも問題ないことを確認して終了。
ついでにブレーキ調整もしておいた。
外したサスペンションは CUB の持ち主へ返却。
本人も要らないとは思うが、オレが勝手に処分するわけにはいかんのでね。
オートバイは、バランスで乗るものだ。
乗り手の技量も必要だが、車体のコンディションが悪ければ余計なところで
注意力が散漫になり、咄嗟の判断が遅れる。それは事故に直結だ。
たかが原付だと思うかもしれない。だがね、2輪車である事に変わりはない。
この基本が理解できない人や、安易に考えている人は、何に乗っても同じ。
オレはリスクを増やしてオートバイを走らせるような事はしたくない。
ゼロにする事は不可能だが、それに近付ける努力はする。
